Yadkin Valley Bank completes reorganization

Yadkin Valley Bank and Trust Co. has completed a previously announced restructuring, with a newly formed holding company, Yadkin Valley Financial Corp., acquiring all the voting shares of Yadkin Valley Bank and Trust through a share exchange with the Elkin bank's stockholders.
