CTC, Choice One merges, buys Conversant, becomes One Communications

Following a recent buying spree by Waltham competitive local exchange carrier CTC Communications Inc., the company has completed its most recent acquisition -- Marlborough's Conversent Communications Inc. -- and the formation of a new entity called One Communications Inc.
