Yesterday I thought I was fighting a cold or something. Well, today I know I am. Congestion, coughing, the chills and a headache are telling me that. So, no trading today since my risk/reward ratio is off the scale.

Just to ram the point home, I overcooked my oatmeal in the microwave, which is pretty difficult to do given the fact that I have been doing that nearly every day for years now. I am not aware of a better sign that my faculties are shot.
