Wait and See

Happy to make a little money on what I hope was just a consolidation day before the market resumes it's Novemeber uptrend. I sold my position in CSCO at 17.37 for a 1.2 % gain. Later bought APCS at 15.98 and it closed at 15.72. It broke a downtrend on big volume last week and has been consolidating at that level, which makes me confident it will not "fill the gap" and will head towards it's resistance level around 18 soon.

Great intraday stock filter found after visiting TheKirkReport, which is also a great site.

Chartman thinks ABT a shorting opportunity and MO is nearing a major resistance point.

Still holding APCS, which closed at 15.63. Still consolidating after breaking downtrend. Mental stop is between 15.20-15.30.

Stocks to watch.
Monday and Tuesday watchlists plus JWN (watch for triple top breakout), CHS (watch for breakout over 44.75), VDSI (breakout above 11.90).

Back With Two Trades

Uneventful few days. Just held on to ACPS. Sold at 16.20. (1.37 % gain). Took position in SGP at 19.27 after it bounced off trendline. Tight stop since playing bottom bounce rather than a breakout. Closed at 19.50.

The move YHOO has made is killing me. Left alot of money on the table by selling early. Will look to buy if it pulls back to a support.

Aticle on shorting QCOM . Consider it, but go long if it breaks the 46 resistance.

Breaking to new high over resistance with strong volume. Makes solar stuff which is hot like ESLR. Tip from Maoxian. Also breaking from resistances or downtrend lines: Sorts GPS and ADSK and long TUES.
