Educational use only. Never intended as advice.

Anybody feeling that this rally is getting a little tired?

1. Minimum 6 week high with close for the week below the open?
Likely candidates, GS, WFMI, and OSX (not advice)

2. Overbought, oversold? Stochastics oversold is 6% on SPX stocks and 8% on NDX stocks. The VXO continues to fall.

3. Where are the volatility expansion possibilities? BBH has the Narrowest range of 7 days pattern and a Doji candle.

4. What is my 'low priced' new highs count? Only 10 to watch (not many) of which I happen to own one. I won't discuss it because it is too thinly traded and I'm not here to pump microcap stocks.

5. What ETFs are oversold (proprietary criteria) AND liquid? EWQ (France...not going there, even with blood in the streets)

6. Reality bites. The Dow, NDX, and SPX are all above their 50 and 200 day averages. Do you think that a disappointment by WFMI (what's in it for me?) will sink the market? Doubt it.

7. Seasonality. Punxatawnee Phil looks forward to February 2nd. The market anticipates November to April. Is it fair or right? That's not for me to judge. Should Wall Street types get big bonuses for small performance?

8. Are there any stocks to watch make a first pullback and have narrowed range, making a volatility breakout acceleration long a possibility (not advice?) BSC 108-106.88, OSI 39.66-39.11

9. Any DeMarkish type stocks to walk among the Generals' faves? TYC 26.40-26.15

10. Any DeMark initial setups that COULD bounce? CAH 61.25-60.71 (never advice)

I detest the term 'stock pickers' market', but maybe it applies. And another thing...get me an antiemetic, because Alan Greenspan, the Legend of Liquidity, the Pontiff of Promotion, the Wizard of Weasels, the Duke of Doublespeak gets a Presidential Medal of Freedom. Mr. Bubble creates bubbles and denies their existence. History may not be as kind to "The Maestro" as butt-smooching bankers have been.
