at 2006-04-04 01:40:35

Cramer was out with a play on Major league Baseball. He made bullish comments on Topps Company (NASDAQ: TOPP). Cramer dismissed his critiques that think he only knows momentum plays and offered up Topps Company as a value play. Cramer thinks the stock can go to $10 or $11 and has only $1 downside risk. Cramer made favorable comments about Topps company's balance sheet which has $90 million in cash and zero debt. Cramer also thinks the candy business that Topps Company is in is undervalued by Wall Street and could be sold to any number of candy competitors.

Cramer explained they borrow big to make acquisitions that produces a high return on investment.

First Data controls about 15% of the world's remittance business, a big market chunk, he said. And even though the company's China and India business is still a small part of that business, those markets are growing at 60%, he added. First Data Corp will be spinning off Western Union later this year and Cramer thinks this is bullish for First Data Corp because Wall Street wants to see less concentration in wiring money for them. First Data Corp also operates in ATM processing and check verification, money transfers, bill payments, and credit card businesses. Cramer thinks if you buy First Data Corp now you are getti

Sirna Therapeutics Inc
at 2006-04-04 01:40:35

Cramer recommended Sirna Therapeutics Inc (RNAI) three weeks ago and on Monday Sirna announced a deal with GlaxoSmithKline Plc (GSK). Cramer had the CEO of Sirna Therapeutics Inc on the show tonight to talk about the deal and the prospects of the company. Robin said the deal would not only improve efforts to treat asthma and chronic pulmonary disease by pairing Sirna's technology with GlaxoSmithKline treatments, but also it would mean significant royalties and milestone payments for his company. Robin also informed investors that the payments will be made out over time as drugs are approved in the future. Robin also thinks the market for asthma drugs is growing fast but his company is positioned to treat a diverse range of treatments besides asthma.
